In November 2026, Gyton launches his book La Dolce Fiasco, the inspiring and very funny story of the eighteen months he, his wife Alex and their three children under seven spent living in Sardinia. When the family moved halfway across the world in July 2023, Gyton knew it wouldn’t all be idyllic beaches, romantic laneways and the world’s best food. What he didn’t know was how turbulent, yet enriching, their Italian adventure would be. Full of food, family and a little bit of fame, La Dolce Fiasco is a rollercoaster ride through the chaos, the community and, most importantly, the cooking.
Gyton continues to engage with his audience through social media platforms, offering insights into both his personal and professional life.
